A 90-Day Money Back Guarantee gives you a full three months to return your RACKBAG  ^® product with no questions asked. Just call 1-800-856-4358 as soon as possible to notify us of your decision. You will be responsible for return freight charges which must be prepaid to the shipping company. Returns must be complete.

A Full Two-Year Warranty covers all parts and labor for two years from date of purchase. The warranty applies to the serial number of the RACKBAG  ^®  and the original buyer.

Maintenance

Virtually no maintenance is required beyond hosing down should it get dirty.
